To crop an image, you click the crop tab and define a crop window there. The cropped image is reflected in the preview window.
You can define a relative crop window of in 4x3 or 3x2 aspect ratio. This ratio automatically applies to all images in the list.
You can define a custom crop window by dragging a rectangular area with your mouse for each picture and batch process all of them.
If you turn the Options/Save and use saved crop windows, your custom crop windows will be saved and loaded next time you visit this folder.
